If sales open, the Founding Pilot will be a one-time USD $29 purchase for 30 days of access through Paddle. It will have no automatic renewal — there will be nothing to cancel.
The planned offer includes a 14-day refund window from purchase, plus any longer or additional right required by applicable law. Before live checkout opens, the verified request method will appear here and in the checkout. The planned address, support@getfactotum.com, is not yet active or monitored.
Contact us promptly if you are charged twice, cannot activate a valid purchase, or the delivered access materially differs from the checkout description. We will first try to correct the problem; if we cannot, we will issue a refund.
If sales open, approved refunds will be handled through Paddle and returned to the original payment method, subject to Paddle's processing and applicable law. Bank and payment-network timing may vary. A refund ends the paid pilot entitlement; the planned local activation mechanism does not provide remote revocation.
